Job Description: Admissions Crew Member
Direct, Identify And Associate
- Greet and direct passengers, coaches, tours and buses
- Identify voucher companies, travel agents and reciprocal parties
- Associate media pricing, multiple specials and price points
- Conduct ticket sales transactions
- Perform opening and closing duties
Guest Transactions
- Utilize computer program to input into Point of Sale system (POS)
- Balance register draw at the end of each shift
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Aptitude to quickly familiarize yourself with Titanic’s history, her passengers and our museum
- Must have an outgoing, cheerful and extroverted personality
- Provide passengers with first class guest service
- Understanding of Point of Sale systems
- Handle cash with a high degree of accuracy
- Professional verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Physical endurance to stand at least eight (8) hours daily
- Willingness to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Availability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
