My family went to the Titanic museum in Pigon Forge, TN. We loved it. It had photographs from the ship, places where you can interact with the exibit, and the passport you receive at the begining was very touching when you learn if "you" lived or died. In the third class cabin passage, there is a doorway with a gate and the water is rushing in. You stand in front of that door, you see the water rushing in, and you start to understand the fear these people faced. There is a moment on the "deck" of the ship, where you can touch the iceburg, and feel the 28 degree water, time stops and it's as if you were there, you can almost feel the panic rise inside you. It's very humbling to realize that this wasn't a movie, it wasn't something from Hollywood, it was real, these people were real. It's an AMAZING tribute to those lost at sea, and to those who survived. I recommend everyone go see it. Worth every penny!!!!

Thank you for an amazing experience! My husband and I brought our sons, ages 9 & 6 to Titanic, unsure if they would understand or enjoy it. We were astounded by the perfect blend of museum-style historical fact and modern, interactive child-friendly exhibits. We were most intrigued by the boarding passes given to us as we entered. My 6-year-old was devastated to learn that his passenger – Ernest Toerber- had gone down with the ship. A WONDERFUL crew member named John (British accent, glasses) knelt down and began to explain to my young son that Mr. Toerber had refused a seat on the lifeboats in order to go back and ensure the safety of others. “He died,” John said, “but he died a hero, and if you’re going to die, that’s the most noble way to be remembered.” I was almost in tears, touched that John would take that two minutes to encourage and educate my child. For the rest of the day, my 6 year old walked around randomly exclaiming, “I saved HUNDREDS on the Titanic!!!! He asked every day afterword if we could return. We look forward to returning to Branson and you can count on us returning to Titanic.

We truly enjoyed our visit to the Titanic Museum (in Branson). We were highly impressed with the realistic feeling we had from the moment we first arrived. The staff represented themselves in true form. We really liked the boarding passes we were each given upon entering, that represented actual passengers. We learned a lot about Titanic while trying to find our "passenger" names throughout the exhibit. It was fascinating to see actual pieces of history and experience some of what the passengers went through that fateful night. It was very informative, educational and at times emotional, but well worth the trip. We are already talking about visiting this attraction again very soon. Thank you for a wonderful experience we will never forget.
